Happy new year from the Micro People!

Some amazing facts from the Micro People
As xmas is approaching... Yay... Here are some facts from the micro people that you will like. Or at least will keep you entertained for about 16 seconds. Please send us more facts. We like them.
* It is illegal to own a pet dog in Iceland.
* Boondoggle is an actual word.
* Earth is the only planet not named after a god.
* A French kiss is called an English kiss France.
* Dolphin's sleep with one eye open.
* Slugs have four noses.
* Owls are the only birds who can see the colour blue.
* Some worms eat themselves if they can't find any food.
* An elephant is the only mammal that can't jump.
We like the owl fact. Imagine that - all other birds see the sky in different colours. That is amazing.

Hobgoblins vs Real Goblins
As raised below in the 'things we like' list, is there a difference between a Hobgoblin and a regular goblin. Apparently there is according to ifo resource AQA. Hobgoblins are shorter than normal goblins and are lean on the side of mischief, whereas Goblins are more mean. These are vital characteristics for distinguishing species, Charles Darwin would be proud.

As it turns out, one of the micro people's friends has email them to tell them the following:
Santa's helper, 'Black Peter', always buys him an Xmas gift each year. He wears a black wig and purple velvet doublet and gives sweets to the children.
